The Weekend Australian Art Sydney took place at the Royal Hall of Industries from 23 - 26 October 2008 and was a huge success. Sydney' largest annual art fair kicked off with the VIP First Night Preview and it was fantastic! Despite turbulent weather, Sydney’s most fine and fun turned out in their thousands to browse the huge range of art on sale. An amazing time was had by all.

The Weekend Australian Art Sydney brings together 100 galleries, showcasing an extensive range of art to buy from 100's of artists from contemporary to traditional, emerging artists to investment pieces. The fair's relaxed, accessible environment invites both first-time buyers and seasoned collectors to seek out hot new artists and to browse the thousands of paintings, sculpture, ceramics, photography, indigenous works and works on paper, including limited edition prints.
